In Summer and Winter: Take the Cable Car to the Top of the Great Arber

It is also worth visiting the King of the Bavarian Forest with its 1,456 metres in summer. The adventure playground at the base station of the cable car is a great destination for all ages. A special attraction is the longest slide in the Bavarian Forest. The two steep curves guarantee a fast trip to the bottom.

The Arber Cable Car carries families up the highest mountain in the Bavarian Forest in comfort. The circular path at the top provides a view of the alps in fine weather.
